Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots

The fall is upon us. I don't know about you, but I enjoy prepping certain dishes during this time of the year that I normally don't make during other times of the year. Even though this particular dish can be served at any time, it just makes me think of large family gatherings and tasty potlucks.

I added pictures to serve as a little bit of a guide and also show you some of the ingredients that I used. You can make this dish dairy free by using a plant based butter. (pic below)
