Milk Making Shake Recipe

This shake recipe is perfect for all nursing mamas that need to up their milk supply.

Since my last talk with you guys about my breastfeeding experience, I had several people DM me and ask me for the lactational shake recipe that I've mentioned in the video (My Breastfeeding Experience), so I decided to make it available on my blog!

I've noticed an increase in my milk supply since I've started to drink this shake. Let me know how it works for you.

  • 1 cup of Almond milk

  • 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp of cocoa powder

  • Pinch of Cinnamon

  • 2 tbls of steel cut oats

  • 1 tbls of flax seed

  • 1 tsp of peanut butter (optional)

PS When you buy these ingredients be mindful about the quality of the products. The quality really does make a difference even if it costs a couple of dollars more. You're worth it! 👌🏻
